• 50% advance retainer due before onboarding kickoff.
• Monthly retainers billed in advance every 30 days.
• Invoices due within 7 calendar days of issuance.
IP & Asset Ownership
• 100% Client ownership of all ad accounts, custom funnels, and approved graphics upon invoice settlement.
• Strict mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
30-Day Exit Clause
• Flexible month-to-month service terms.
• 30-day written notice required for cancellation.
• Complete account handover provided upon offboarding.
